Goosh.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a collectibles market intelligence application that uses the eBay API to provide pricing data and market analysis. This policy explains how we handle information.

Information We Collect

• Account information — email address when you create an account
• Usage data — search queries you enter (card descriptions, prices) to generate market analysis
• Session data — authentication tokens stored locally on your device

How We Use eBay Data

This application uses the eBay API in accordance with the eBay API License Agreement. We retrieve publicly available sold listing data to calculate fair market values. We do not store, redistribute, or resell eBay listing data. All eBay data is used solely to provide in-app pricing analysis to the requesting user.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. eBay listing data retrieved through the API is not redistributed outside the application.

Data Retention

Account information is retained until you delete your account. Search queries are cached briefly to improve performance and are not permanently stored.
